Wasn't it nice when American Presidents had the ability to speak with confidence, clarity and intelligence?

I would also like to mention that with regard to the four freedoms..democracy isn't one of them.

Yes, it was nice wasn't it? The Shrub sounds like a tweeker who has been up all weekend.
